I’ve been taking my 2 very large dogs here for like the last 6 months since some coworkers recommended this place to me… The owner who is the one that washes the dogs and does everything is absolutely wonderful and truly loves the dogs. It’s also inexpensive. I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee so its a drive but so worth it. I am so grateful for her. It does take the whole day but whatever. My dogs have soooo much fur, I cannot do this and it would cost 3x at petsmart or anywhere else. Plus they are treated so well there.

My poor kitty was matted and I was very very nervous for his first ever groom, but I was told he did very well with minimal issues, mainly the only issue with his paws!!! I am extremely pleased with Pet Palace and I would recommend others to this place. My cat gots major confidence too haha, cuz he looks so much better! Thank u so much!
